Gatlinburg Mountain Wildflower Walk - Half Day![]() Mountain Wildflower Walk (Half Day) Mountain Wildflower Walk (Half Day) -- Take a beautiful walk on the famous Appalachian Trail through a scenic graded path. Follow paths of with fragrant flowers and spruce, fir, mosses, and blankets of wildflowers! Moderate walking. Lunch on an open, grassy meadow, near the famous Old Indian Gap Trail, a trail made by the buffalo and elk in their quest for food over the years. This is a walk that is relaxing, educational and fun. Your guides will show you the famous "Appalachian Trail", considered one of the most magical places in America!
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final. Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. Your guides have hiked thousands of miles through these mountains and they'll lead you to some of the most magical places in North America. Learn about the natural and human history of the Smokies in a fun and delightful way. You'll hear Cherokee lore and maybe an Appalachian tall tale. You'll learn what the Native Americans and Settlers did for food and medicine before the there were grocery stores and pharmacies. You might even sample a tasty mountain treat. This guided walk is geared towards enjoying the journey at a pleasant pace, using all of your senses to explore nature in a new way. Prices include snacks. Hotel pick-up not included.
